Account FAQ

 

Can I change my login name?

Your login name is your email address and you are able to change it as needed. Select ‘My Account’ on the header and listed below you will see ‘Edit Account’.  Select ‘Edit Account’ and the Edit Your Account page will appear.  Click on the ‘Edit’ function located next to the heading ‘Log-in Information’.  Select the ‘Email’ button option next to the ‘Change’ heading.  Type your new email address (login name) and then re-type your new email address for verification.  Select the update button below.  Your login name has now been successfully changed.

 

Can I cancel my user account?

Certainly. Contact Us and provide your user name (email address) and we will remove your account from the system.

PLEASE NOTE: All stats will be lost with your account cancellation.

 

What can I do if I emailed Customer Service and no one has responded?

We respond to all email received. Some email providers mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there.
 
During sales or high demand times, our customer service may be a bit backed up. If you sent an email and haven't heard back from us after 3 business days, feel free to send a follow up email.

Is the Fanattik website secure?

All personal information entered into the Fanattik website will be protected.  All personal information entered into the Fanattik website will not be disclosed to any third parties.


Fanattik will secure your personal information with up-to-date security including firewall and encryption techniques.


Fanattik does not store your credit card information at any time.

 

Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.  SSL encryption will encrypt the information sent by the user during login and for the entire time the user is logged into the system.

 

 

How do I check my order status?

If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status by logging in and accessing the ‘My Account’ from the website header. All orders placed under your login name will be displayed under the ‘Order Status’ tab.

If you are unable to pull up your order, Contact Us  and let us know the order information and we will research and contact to resolve.

 

How do I use a coupon code?

You can enter a coupon code on the ‘Shopping Cart’ screen during the checkout process.  There is a field to enter a coupon code. Click 'Continue to Billing' to deduct the coupon amount from your order total. 

Contact us if you have any problems using a coupon. We will not be able to retroactively apply codes to orders already placed.

 

How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

Go to the Order Status page to view your order. If the ‘Order Status’ column indicates that the order was ‘Processed’ or ‘ Shipped’ you are not able to make changes to the order. Please keep in mind that Fanattik is an on-demand business and all orders are custom. If your order has a status of ‘Ordered’ then Contact Us and we will make every attempt to cancel the order. Please include the following information: Order Date, Order ID, and Order Total.

 

If your order is not displayed on the ‘Order Status’ page, Contact Us.

 

How do I add items to my order?

We are unable to add to any order since we don't store credit card information. You will have to place a new order for any additional items. If your order is still new, you can cancel your order and place it again.

Can I combine orders?

Unfortunately we are unable to combine orders placed separately. Each order placed will be sent separately.

 

How can I look up my order number?

If you aren't able to find your order confirmation email with your order number, you can go to the Order Status page to view your order information.

 

If you are unable to find your order, Contact Us and let us know the email address (login name) you used to place the order and we can locate the information for you.

 

If I didn't receive an email confirmation, was my order placed?

If you completed all the steps of the checkout process and submitted an order but didn't receive an email confirmation, your order was likely placed. Do not place your order again because it may result in a duplicate shipment.

 

Check your spam folder for the confirmation email. If you do not find it, you can go to the Order Status page to try locating your order.

What currency is used on the site?

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

 

How do I make changes to items in my shopping cart?

To add an item to your cart, go to the item on the product page. Select the design, style, color, size, and quantity you want and click ‘Add To My Cart’.  The system will then give you the option to 'Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping.'

 

To delete an item from your cart, go to the shopping cart and click the 'X' button next to the item you no longer want.

 

To change the quantity of an item, select the ‘Edit’ button on the Shopping Cart page next to the order that you want to change. The system will bring you back to the product page where you can make the necessary changes to the order.  Once you select the ‘Add To My Cart’ option the Shopping Cart page will display with all changes made to the selected order.

 

What if the product is sold out?

Fanattik attempts to ensure that only available products are displayed in the stores. Nevertheless, some products may become unavailable shortly after the order has been placed.  When this happens, you will be notified via e-mail that your product is on back-order; therefore, it is important that you include a valid e-mail when ordering.

 


Billing FAQ

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Fanattik coupons. Only Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard) can be accepted.

 

Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private.

 

Why was I charged sales tax?

Since we have operations in Ohio, we are required to collect sales tax for all orders placed in the state of Ohio.

 

Can I enter a tax exempt Code?

If you have a 501(c)(3) tax ID# code you may enter that on the Shopping Cart page in the box labelled ‘501(c)(3) - Tax ID#’.  This will remove the tax from your order if you are a located in the state of Ohio.  Currently only Ohio residents are required to pay sales tax for Fanattik transactions because our company is headquartered in Ohio.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged when your order is placed.

 

Why are there two charges to my credit card?

If you only placed one order, there will only be one charge to your credit card. There may temporarily be two transactions on your credit card- one is the authorization and one is the charge for your order. The authorization will disappear after just a few days.

 

Why is there a transaction on my credit card when the credit card was declined?

Your credit card is not charged when it is declined, though it may temporarily appear on your statement. When a credit card is declined, the transaction intended for the order are temporarily held by your bank. Since the order was never processed, the money will not be taken from your account. The transaction will automatically disappear after a certain amount of time, usually within just a few days, depending on your bank.

 

Is my credit card info secure?

Yes, we don't store any credit card information.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer the following options for shipping:

    How much will shipping cost me?

    Costs vary based on ship location, the weight of the items in your order and the ship method chosen. To determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you wish to order to your cart and proceed to the billing/shipping page. In the shipping section of the page, you will see how much it will cost you to ship with all available shipping methods without having to place an order.

     

    Can I track my shipment?

    You may be able to track your shipment. The tracking number will be included in the shipment notification email. If you have the tracking number, you can track your shipment at USPS.com.

     

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Check the estimated delivery times for your shipping method:

  • Express Mail (1 day)
  • Priority Mail (2-3 days)
  • First Class (3-4 days)
  • Parcel Post (7 days)

    Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive FROM THE DATE IT WAS SHIPPED. Please check the processing time estimated in your email confirmation to determine when your order will ship.

     

    Can shipping and billing addresses be different?

    As long as the billing and shipping addresses are in the US, you can use different billing and shipping addresses.

     

    When will my order be shipped?

    We begin processing your order immediately.  Our goal is to have your order shipped from the warehouse within 3 business days.  Weekends, holidays and unusually high-order volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process.  When you order an item, and it is out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you and we will ship he item as soon as possible.

    How are your garments produced?

    All Fanattik apparel is printed in the USA, using a variety of printing techniques including direct-to-garment, screen printing, hot peel transfers among others.

    Fanattik’s retail-grade printing facilities guarantee the quality of our apparel by using premium garment inks and printing exclusively on approved garments.

     

    Fanattik’s line of apparel is produced using various design and printing techniques to guarantee an individually and uniquely produced product. While some apparel companies focus on “staying inside the lines,” our approach is to explore overprinting techniques, different gels, consistencies and mixing effects to get a more artistic result.

     

    How do I know what is the best size to fit me?

    Please refer to the size chart found under the “Apparel Details” tab on the apparel selection web page. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger.

     

    What is the best way to wash Fanattik apparel?

    We have our tag line of “Wash Warm, Dry Low, Wear Proud” for a reason...
    Fanattik’s line up of apparel are made of super soft, vintage feel, cotton and poly mixes and are professionally printed on by commercial printers and special technique applications. They are not iron-ons, or any other cheap image transfers that are being sold on the Web.

     

    We recommend washing the shirts INSIDE-OUT in cold or warm the first few times after purchase. Be sure to Dry Low. Then Wear Proud!

     


    Returns FAQ

     

    What is your return policy?

    Fanattik stands behind all of the products that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a refund.

     

    Do I have to pay to send back a wrong or defective item?

    If you received a defective or wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return shipping. Please include the shipping receipt and send it back to us. With the receipt included, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us via regular mail. Unfortunately, we will not reimburse for express shipping, so be sure to send it back via regular mail. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

     

    How do I know if my return has been processed?

    Returns are processed within 5 days once we receive the item(s). Be sure to also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. If you believe your return should have been processed, but never received a notification, check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't get marked as spam, or feel free to Contact Us.

     


    School Set-up/Internship FAQ

     

    How can my school get added to the Fanattik network?

    Adding your school is easy!

     

    If you are a parent or student and interested in having your school added to the growing number of schools in the Fanattik network, all you have to do is set-up your school store, Click Here or Contact Us. Once you have set-up your school store the school will start earning 10% on all purchases. Fanattik works directly with the school administration and/or faculty to ensure that all parties are knowledgeable about the full benefits of our program.

     

    Can I intern for Fanattik?

    Fanattik has created a truly revolutionary Internship Program for High School students that are at the Schools within the Fanattik network.
