ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

What is FANATTIK
FANATTIK is a street-inspired apparel company, specializing in innovative designs and the latest trends. Our organization is based on three primary objectives: educate, collaborate and inspire. The foundation of our company is our unique national internship model for high school students, based on relevant experiences that drive creativity. The FANATTIK Internship Program offers hands-on experience through the business cycle, including project management, design, marketing, production, finance and innovation – encouraging students to test their ideas and tactics, develop project management skills, and work independently and in teams - while being mentored by experienced professionals in key areas of business management and design.

The FANATTIK Internship Program
The internship experience starts by working with students and school teams to develop projects that spark their imaginations and interests.

Learning by Doing
As a team, FANATTIK interns from each high school select projects, identify and assign roles & responsibilities for the team members, produce work-flow schedules, and implement their projects – all with the help, guidance and support of the FANATTIK Team, lead by your Internship Program Director.

Project Management Tool
Using a powerful online project management tool, FANATTIK interns manage tasks, calendars, contacts, etc. This enables them to stay connected and helps them meet their internship goals. Since the project management system is internet-based, work can take place anywhere, and enables students to stay on track.

Quarterly Speaker & Case Study Series
FANATTIK Interns meet and learn from leaders from many areas of the business and non-profit community through our Speaker & Case Study Series. Following presentations from these executives, students break into small groups where they address actual real-time business challenges through case studies related to the speaker’s topic, and then present their solutions. Students and speakers alike benefit from the exchange of creative ideas and engaging discussion.

Comprehensive Internship Project Portfolio
With each project FANATTIK Interns complete, they add to a developing portfolio. By the end of their time with FANATTIK, students will have a comprehensive story to share with teachers, school advisors, friends and – importantly - college recruiters and future employers.

Flexible time commitment! Most of our interns spend 17-20 hours per quarter on FANATTIK Internship projects

Students stay as long as they like! Some students choose to do just a few projects with FANATTIK, while others are interested in pursuing many projects and will be with us for a few years
